For independent groomers and small salons

Every groom goes exactly as planned with GroomScreen.

The first pre-screening tool built for groomers. See the real state of the coat before you take the job, and put an end to the days that fall apart, the hours nobody pays you for, and the arguments at pickup.

Groomer — aren't you tired of this?

Every week, the same nightmare.

The client describes the dog over the phone.
You give a price, block out a slot, and move on.

Then the dog walks in, and the coat is nothing like what you were told.

What she called "a little matting around his neck" is pelted to the skin. The light trim just became a full shave-down. The hour you quoted is going to take three, and every appointment behind it slides.
By four in the afternoon you're two hours behind.

A tired groomer leaning on the table at the end of the day

And the worst part?

"Why is he so short?" · "That's not what I asked for." · "I'm not paying that."
"They shaved my dog without asking."

And you did explain it. It isn't that you weren't clear.

It's simpler than that: whatever you said out loud, the client never seems to remember any of it.

And in the end, to avoid the argument, you eat the difference. Out of your own pocket.

Hours you don't get paid for sting.
But you know a review like that costs you clients for GOOD.

A one-star Google review: they shaved my dog without asking

Think this is just the job, forever?

The truth is you're wrong.

Everything you've used so far doesn't work, and can't work. Paper, phone calls, forms, software: every one of them starts at the booking.
After you've given the price. After the dog is on the table. After there's nothing left to do about it.

A bag of matted coat on the grooming counter next to a paper form

Lost hours, wrong prices, arguments at pickup — every one of them starts before the booking.
And nothing you own today works there.

You fix it upstream, or you don't fix it.
That's why GroomScreen exists.

GroomScreen. The only tool built for what happens before the booking.

Other software sells you forty features and fixes none of this. GroomScreen was built for one thing: to work in the stage everyone else skips.

Only what you actually need to do the job right.
Nothing else. Not the other thirty-six you'd never open.

What GroomScreen actually does for you.

A grooming request open on a phone: Cooper's photos, and a note that the owner put the coat at level 2
01

See the real state of the coat before you quote.

Photos and coat condition, right on your dashboard. Not a description over the phone.

The same request, priced: the groomer marks the coat at level 4 and the price moves to $132–$152
02

It prices from the coat you can see, not the call.

Set your rules once: weight, breed, coat level. GroomScreen gives you the range. Adjust it if you want, then send it.

What the client sees: the price, the warning about how short the coat has to go, and a box to tick
03

The client agrees to all of it before they come in.

They get the price, the state of the coat, and what that means for the groom. One tap to accept. Date, time and the exact words: saved.

A finished visit on file: the photos, the coat level, what the client accepted and what was charged
04

Everything on record, in one place.

One button gives you the full PDF: photos, condition, what they accepted and when. If a client argues later, it's already documented.

A returning client's form, already filled in with the dog's name, breed, weight and age
05

Repeat clients come back already filled in.

From the second visit on, the form is ready. And you see the pattern: what they told you each time against what you actually found.

A day in the schedule: three dogs, six and a half hours, $252
06

Your day, at a glance.

What's coming in, how long each dog takes, where the gaps are. Nothing more. No calendar with forty features you never open.

Why GroomScreen is the right call for you.

So, groomer — you've got two roads in front of you.

A calm groomer checking her phone next to a freshly groomed doodle

The first:

Every dog that walks in is exactly what you expected. The price is right, the time is the time you booked, and nobody at pickup tells you "that's not what I asked for."

You get home on time. The day runs. Everything is on record.

Launch price $97, once, yours for good.
30 days to change your mind, no questions.

The second:

Do nothing. Keep quoting over the phone and keep finding out what's really coming only when the dog is on the table.

And you take the next one-star review with nothing in your hands.

The questions you'd ask a friend first.

Do my clients have to download an app?

No. They open a link — from a text, a DM, or your QR code — and fill in a form in their phone browser. No app, no account, no password. If they can order takeout online, they can do this.

Does it replace my grooming software?

No, and it doesn't try to. If you use MoeGo, Gingr or anything else for booking and payments, keep it. GroomScreen does the one thing they don't: what happens before the booking. If you don't use any software at all, it works on its own.

What if my client doesn't send the photos?

Then you're exactly where you are today — no worse. But most of them will, because you're giving them something back: their exact price, right away, without coming in. For them that beats a phone call that ends with "I'd have to see him first."

What does "lifetime" actually mean?

You pay $97 once and use GroomScreen for as long as it exists. No monthly charge, no yearly renewal. The one catch: if we grow past a certain size, the lifetime price goes away for new buyers. Yours stays.

What if I want a refund?

Email us within 30 days and you get all of it back. No form, no reason needed, nothing to get through. You keep the proof packs you've already built.

Can I use it for a salon with several groomers?

For now, GroomScreen is built for solo groomers and shops of one to three. Separate logins and calendars for several groomers aren't there yet. If you need that today, we're not the right fit.
